A new skincare favorite: St Ives apricot scrub

We all face periods of bad skin. And to be honest, I am having one of those times currently. And with a newfound love for skin care. I was wanting a product that would sort my mess of skin out, quickly and for a good price. And I rediscovered an old favorite. I purchased the st Ives apricot blemish fighting scrub when I was much younger, and it wasn’t particularly one of my obsessions. Probably because when I was younger I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, well skin care is a journey right? But recently I decided to try it again, because who hasn’t heard of how great this scrub is? And I though I should give you guys a full review of it.

Packaging| The packaging of this blemish fighting scrub is very simplistic. Which is why I really like it. The bottle contains 150ml of product, which is really great. It comes in a squeezy tube making it very easy to use, and the tube is waterproof, which is great if you are clumsy like me and drop stuff in the sink while cleansing your face ( we all know it happens.)

Price| You can purchase this product for £4.19 in your local drugstore. Which belive me, is definitely £4.00 well spent.

Product| As a scrub, this works amazingly. This product is meant to be a blemish fighting scrub which ‘ effectively lifts away surface oils and dirt’ which we all know cause bad skin. It is also oil free ( hallelujah) and is for oily/ blemish prone skin. I want to start of by mentioning the smell, the scent of this product is amazing. It is really nice, not like one of those chemically smells that instantly makes you doubt what you are putting on your face. The exfoliants are also 100% natural. Which is very important when considering scrubbing your delicate face. As for how the scrub performs, I really love it. I use this 3-4 times per week, and after every use my skin just feels so much fresher and cleaner. And my skin looks so much better the next day, especially when it comes down to reducing blackheads. I would recommend to scrub your face with this very gently, as it you scrub to vigorously it makes your skin very red, and that is not something you want. I think this scrub does an amazing job for its price, plus it smells amazing which is always a winner. I would recommend this product to anybody who had blemish prone skin who is looking for an affordable,oh so natural face scrub.
